There are three executive orders (EO’s) that Trump has signed that strike at the heart of progressivism and are worthy of support by everyone across the moderate political spectrum
The first of these EO’s recognizes that open borders are politically unacceptable and that the age of mass migration is over. Importing millions of people who will work for next to nothing just to be here destroys the wages of working class Americans and drives up housing costs when we can't house our own citizens. People cannot overpopulate their home country and just expect to move to greener pastures. There are no more green pastures. They need to voluntarily reduce their own country's population to an environmentally sustainable level, stay home and work there to improve their living conditions.
His second important EO addresses the insanity of gender identity which denies the reality of human sexuality and results in men invading women’s sports, restrooms, locker rooms and prisons. Women need and are entitled to privacy from men. Even more diabolical is the mutilation of innocent children (many who would grow up gay) in pursuit of the impossible because you can’t change your birth sex.
Finally his EO that corrects the craziness of DEI which discriminates against whites, Asians and men in attempting to cure past discrimination against others is absolutely the correct approach. Who could believe that creating a new privileged class and a new discriminated against class would provide a solution to the problem? Not to mention that it’s clearly unconstitutional.
It would well serve both Democrats and independents to get behind these changes even as they choose to vigorously oppose other aspects of his agenda.
You should be dying of shame for bringing that Reddit ass drivel here. *Shitgibbon* is so chuegy that the children would be right to stone you in the street for being so lame.
Wow—I followed the link and read your primer on GSF. The coda is very alarming: “You will live to see man-made horrors beyond your comprehension.”
Do you see the possibility of alternative futures that are not so dire, in which some kind of traditional morality based on heterosexual family formation is re-established?
There are plenty of ‘possible’ futures in which we see what we call ‘traditional morality’ makes a comeback. I believe this is likely to happen in much of the rest of the world over the next century. However, I think it’s unlikely to happen in what we call ‘the West’ (The Anglosphere and Western Europe). The Faustian drive of this civilization is, imo, insatiable and leads to a fanatical devotion to the pursuit of technology for its own sake (that is to say, power). The inevitable result of this is the pursuit of transhumanism (of either the left or right wing varieties), the results of which the West will drink to the dregs i’m afraid.
Thank you for your reply and further thoughts. I’ve been thinking about your essay since I read it and the more I do, the more I’m convinced you’re right.
I know a few of those transhumanists, and there’s an eerie chilliness, an inhuman—not trans human—quality to them that gives me forebodings that resonate with your warning.
If there’s any possibility for a successful Reconquista, I believe it has to emerge from a strategic foundation in the universal cosmic significance of sexual union between a man and a woman. I know that sounds abstract and vague; I’m working on elaborating what I mean, step by step.
I look forward to getting to know your own work and ideas as you continue to publish.
These are friends, or acquaintances of friends. People with lots of money who have become obsessed with their health and devoted enormous time and resources to trying to maximize their own longevity. In my view, it has disrupted and distorted their personalities.
One might distinguish the obsession in service to their own longevity frequently encountered in this particular class (primarily designated by the resources, self identification, energy, time, and level of "education"- all frequently relatively substantial) as a kind of premium sublimination in service to an unmitigated rejection or outright inefficacy concerning the cosmic principle you referenced. Sometimes it's hard to appreciate the farcical and tragic nature of this 'spice of life' stuff.
Somehow simply believing in my body's natural God-given ability to be healthy has kept me remarkably youthful & resilient (it was my mind I questioned, lol but never my body). And this is despite some very questionable life choices driven by severe early childhood trauma. But I also learned the importance of REAL food & movement in childhood, so that has probably saved me.
Great article. The point about the podcasts is something I hadn’t completely considered- It’s going to be very risky for future Dem candidates to do long form podcasts with their current belief system as they are almost certainly going to run into a conversational minefield of contradictions, gaffes, etc. that would be a goldmine for the opposition
You should learn how to write better and not invent vague terms that save you from having to actually think critically about what you believe and what you intend to argue. Maybe that would help you realize that you having nothing new to say here, except for an insane amount of confidence that the trends of the last 6 months will proceed linearly for years and years, which they won't.
So much setup and so little substance at the end on why liberalism is struggling… I do think it is true that the “internet” favors a certain type of self-centered conservatism over liberalism… but it is not because liberalism has no ideas and conservatism has great, deep ideas that benefit from 3 hour Rogan podcasts (not sure who can sit through such intellectual tours de force)… it’s because, as it’s always been the case, it’s easier to sell self-centerdness, grievance, and bigotry to the masses than to sell solidarity. And now the internet allows everyone to easily find and consume on-a-loop messages aligned with their personal grievances and biases.
An excellent byway in the critique of the dying liberal order. Pair this with NS Lyons “Return of the American Gods” and you, dear other commenters are pretty much gonna achieve enlightenment.
I’m a big fan of NS Lyons and was an early subscriber. That article is largely a summary (which Lyons acknowledges) of the argument made in R. R. Reno’s book “Return of the Strong Gods” which I ordered after reading the article; it is truly prescient.
I kept mistakenly referring to Lyons article as “Return of the Strong Gods.” He must have mentioned the book in the article—I’m definitely going to read it. My biggest fear is that people are going to turn to Islam as a backlash to moral-less and morale-less contemporary society that is our Open Society. There’s a new glossy book, just put out by one of the UKs most established publishers and in all the big book chains on beastiality or “human-animal love.” Jesus Christ, of course people are repelled by “western values.”
Brilliant food for thought. I believe there to be huge battles ahead for which we must be intellectually and spiritually fortified so can collectively shape a society we all want to live in. The Dems don’t offer this. It must come the people themselves. The how and what if it is what I ponder. Thank you for your part!
This piece has a lot of insight. Not many people grasp how thoroughly Democrats and the entire left have been defeated. I'm not worried about GSF because Trump wants popular approval and lasting glory, and GSF won't get that for him.
Trump is in his 80s and is still a product of liberal democracy. Wait til he’s out of the picture to see if any of the younger goons he surrounds himself with will have such concerns about consensus.
I don't think we should talk about "gay space fascism" as if it's a coherent ideology. It think it's more that Thiel has not fuly escaped the boomer truth regime. The main point, I think, is that Thiel has not fully understood the malevolence of the Jewish religious and cultural agenda, or perhaps he feels that he can remain safe from its consequences if he allies itself with it.
The Jew/non-Jew divide within the Trump administration is I think critical. Most of them are Zionists; but they are still not Jews, and as the truth comes out about the Jewish religion, culture and history, I have a hard time seeing how these people could remain allied with Israel.

The perversion please God make it stop!!! Especially around the children!!!!!

"What you're saying without saying is Fragile white males want to continue to be privileged in America"
No, Dave did not say that, lol
But thank you, Marc, for letting us know about your own delusional and racist and nasty ideas.
You demonstrated exactly what TFA described 👍
You are too gay to function
I didn’t vote for Trump or the DEI hire.

If traditional morality is connected to Christianity, how do you see it outside of the west?

A papal encyclical would do the trick.
I look forward to your work! May I ask how (perhaps where) you have encountered these transhumanists?

I can see someone like Mayor Pete, Seth Moulton and APC being able to hold their own but the rest will wither under the glare
Oh yeah, Bernie and I think he HAS been on Joe Rogan

Ok groomer
Groomers will be stopped
I’m a 6 ft high iq white guy you’re supposed to think im cool

I think it's the DEI left that is selling "self-centeredness, grievance, and bigotry" while Trump's populism is the solidarity approach.
Not entirely sure on the Thieloids, but your description of liberal failure in the age of Internet is accurate.
I am very happy that democracy is finally on its way out!
Maybe people can return to saner less imbecilic modes of governance! I am very happy indeed! Great hopes for the future!

you're still thinking inside the old box. Radical despairing cynicism is a feature of the old box.
Cool but there’s been no Republican Party since 2016.

Well, maybe, but I’m noticing that many criticisms of Trump are hypothetical possibilities.

Brvh, The Buttfaggot Peter Thiel is a Gay Jew. He's Jewish by Blood and he's a Buttfaggot.
There Are No White Hats. None.
